Limited Lifetime Warranty

Organicix warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a Karma authorized reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days. Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by inference or operation of law is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose. Replacement or repair of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your Karma device fails to operate satisfactorily, please email our Customer Service Department returns@karmaclassic.com, with the Subject Line Request for RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number - Our team will review your request and upon approval email you a RMA number. Please ensure that all of the components are included in your package and they are in their original condition then affix the RMA number to the outside of the package. Note - Only send the components you would like replaced, not the entire Starter Kit. Mail or courier your package to: 9775 S. Maryland Pkwy #F-168, Las Vegas, NV  89183. Once in receipt we will email you with an estimated delivery time.

Our warranty does not cover costs or defects if:

  • Modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than Organicix
  • Used with any other product other than for which is was intended
  • Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation
  • Shipment of the product to Organicix that is lost or stolen
  • Damaged by wear and tear, improper use, abuse, negligence, accident, acts of god or by any cause other than defective material or workmanship.

Organicix warrants for a period of 90 days from original purchase that all products included in our Starter Kits are free from material defects and workmanship. If material is found to be defective from our company we will repair or replace with a comparable component. If damage arises from use of our product, the only recourse and maximum liability may be repair or replacement of your item originally purchased from Organicix. There are no implied warranties with Organicix. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as atomizers, flavor cartriges, or cartomizers. Warranty may be voided if Organicix believes the products contained have been used in any violation of our guidelines. The warranty will be void if products are used with products not licensed or sold by Organicix. The user assumes all responsibility for use with third party products. Valid proof of purchase such as bill of sale with the date of original purchase must be presented to obtain warranty services unless purchased online, of which we maintain sales records for one year. Services are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated without express or implied warranty.

Returns for Website Purchases ONLY

Should you decide on or before the 30th day of website purchase that you would like a refund, please give us a call at (800) 366-7224 and we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number - Simply affix this number to the package and return it to us. Please ensure that all of the components are included in your package and they are in their original condition or no refund will be given. Since we are unable to re use the flavor cartridges, we will deduct $10.95 per 5-pack of flavor cartridges that are opened or missing.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $15 RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ORDERS.
